Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Lagoon Apartment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.
1. Booking and Payment
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us or our authorized booking platforms.
Payment: We accept major credit cards. Full payment required at the time of booking.
Currency: All transactions are processed in TOP. Please be aware of potential currency conversion fees from your bank.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Policy: Cancellations made [30] days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within [14] days of arrival are subject to a [50%] charge of the total booking cost.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and the booking will be cancelled.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards. Guests must present a valid passport or ID upon arrival.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
4. House Rules & Guest Conduct
Smoking: Lagoon Apartment is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of [Insert Amount] will apply for violations.
Noise: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in your booking.
Parties: Unauthorized parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
5. Damages and Liability
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, or equipment during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any necessary repairs or replacements.
Personal Belongings: Lagoon Apartment is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items. We recommend guests use the provided [safes/secure storage] and maintain travel insurance.
6. Force Majeure
Lagoon Apartment is not liable for failures to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or flight cancellations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Tonga.
